Generally speaking, Creative Labs PCI Sound Cards should work with VirtuosoEar. There are so many different varieties, and it is impossible to test all of them. We picked a really old one as described below, but it just worked fine.

Note: We notice that older generation cards do not provide very distinguishable sound as new ones. It is just that the size of the samples the older generation cards use is smaller, which affects the sound quality. Other than that, we do not see any particular issues.
