To prepare an Agreement, such as, NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), to meet your needs.

Engineering fee will be deducted from the deposit based on the Engineering Fee below. Note that the deposit will expire in a year. Anything goes beyond the deposit, you will be charged in monthly basis. You do not have to make another deposit within a year. If you want to keep the project open after a year, you need to make another deposit.

Note 1): You do not have to set up a project if your needs are non-confidential engineering and/or consulting services. You do not have to make a deposit, either. Instead, you are subject to half hour minimum for each occurence.

Note 2): We reserve a right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
